With capacity to hold events of up to 1,200 people, the Alice Springs Convention Centre creates an outback experience that is unmatched and unique to the location.Supported by the Lasseters IHG brand, the Alice Springs Convention Centre offers delegates the options to draw on the facilities services to ensure a seamless experience that nurtures the Central Australian lifestyle.Our Events team is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join them as an Event Manager. The Event Manager is responsible for ensuring that all client meetings and events run smoothly.  As a trusted partner, this position will ensure ultimate guest satisfaction and hold accountability to connect internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for planners, hosts and meeting attendees. Portage a one team mentality, the Event Manager will also play an integral part in achieving department goals/budget, taking ownership of the sales office in the absence of the ASPCC Manager.The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and computer skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations while managing competing priorities.
