We currently have vacancies for Bar Manager and F&B Supervisor.
Bar Manager – Range of salary ($70,000 - $80,000)
- Ensure that all F&B staff deliver prompt, efficient and cordial attention to all guest needs.
- Ensure good communication throughout the department.
- 40 hours per week between 12 pm -11.30 pm, 5 days a week – includes opening and closing shifts.
- Responsible for all F&B staff to receive consistent quality training.
- Senior F&B Management role – accountable for all bar outlets (Juicy Rump, Cas Bar and Convention Centre Bars)
- Delivering exceptional customer service, driving initiatives and expanding boundaries – always looking for ‘that next step’.
- Staff management encompassing rostering, hiring, and performance management.
- Results driven on wage management and staffing efficiencies.
- Stock control and staff service skills development lending to cost and wastage reduction and customer experience enhancement.
