Lasseters is the centre of entertainment in Alice Springs and includes a newly rebranded hotel, Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters with 205 rooms, a day spa, gym, casino, Convention Centre and multiple F&B outlets.Keeping these business units functioning at optimum levels is our Maintenance team who deliver a high standard of repairs and preventative maintenance.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will:Act as second in charge in periods of absenceLiaise with all departments around the scheduling of immediate task requests and scheduled maintenanceAllocate maintenance tasks within the team to be the best suited peopleCoordinate contractors and third party suppliers around issuesConduct reviews and site visits that identify areas of improvement and make recommendationsProactively identify maintenance issues relating to equipment, property and infrastructure.The ideal person will be:Able to act as a competent and respected supervisorConfidently manage competing priorities ensure a win/win outcome for internal customersHave a sound and solid practical experience within the related industriesHave a knowledge of Hospitality.Lasseters has its own enterprise agreement which is modern and reflective of a unique workplace.
