Your primary role will be to assist the Convention Centre Operations to manage all aspects of operating a busy kitchen, and as such you will be qualified and be able to demonstrate a minimum 3 years in a similar position. You are able to lead and develop a team to ensure consistency of quality product and service.In addition you will be required to: Have trade qualifications in Commercial cookery Be passionate about delivering quality and consistency Have a strong understanding of WHS and legal obligations Maintain excellent food hygiene standards Have an understanding of stock control and cost control Demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills Work under pressure within a busy team environment Be available days, nights and weekendsLasseters has its own enterprise agreement which is modern and reflective of a unique workplace.
