Qualification and Requirements:
- I have formal beauty and massage qualifications that enable me to work safely and successfully within Lavish Day Spa.
- The Beauty Massage Therapist is responsible for having a strong knowledge of all beauty and body treatments and massage treatments as required and daily operations to maintain a high level of service.
- Communicating with guests daily.
- Perform all beauty and body treatments and massage treatments as required and as specified by Lavish whilst maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all Babor products.
- Exceptional customer service skills and presentation skills.
- Promoting appropriate products to guests in order to assist with retail sales.
- Sound oral, written, computer and communication skills with the ability to support colleagues in the Spa team, ensuring that communication with guests is always managed professionally and positively.
- Answering all Beauty treatment-related enquiries.
- Recognising opportunities; driving visitation, spending and revenue growth; identifying client experience initiatives that lead to greater profitability, client satisfaction and growth.
