Due to internal movement and increased demand we are seeking a capable and experienced Front Office individuals for the following roles:

Front Office Supervisor 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Confidently supervise a team of individuals in the execution of high standards through the Front Office operations
  • Effectively supervise all procedures relating to guest check in/check out, room assignment, inventory/stock control
  • Network with key stakeholders including external customers and internal departments
  • Produce regular reports and data analysis.

Reservations Agent

  • Competently manage all Reservations enquiries and bookings

Front Office Receptionist 

  • Competently manage front office duties 
  • Manage check in/check out procedures and process transactions
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and assist with guest enquiries

To succeed in any of these roles you will need:

  • Previous Front Office experience of at least one year
  • Familiarity with Hotel Operating systems
  • Outstanding customer service standards demonstrated at a similar role

The ideal person will be able to work varying shifts including nights and weekends, and must be available for full time hours.
