With 205 hotel rooms varying from standard rooms through to Premium Suites in a 24/7 environment, the Front Office department work tirelessly to ensure all services and products are at a high standard.Due to internal movement and increased demand we are seeking a capable and experienced Front Office individuals for the following roles:Reservations AgentCompetently manage all Reservations enquiries and bookingsThis is a full time position offering 38 hours per week across Monday to Friday inclusive. The pay rate is up to $24.3918 per hour.Front Office Receptionist Competently manage front office duties Manage check in/check out procedures and process transactionsProvide information on hotel facilities and assist with guest enquiriesThis is a casual position offering 35 hours per week across Monday to Sunday inclusive.
