We are currently recruiting for multiple positions in our Housekeeping team at Crowne Plaza Alice Springs. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of rooms to maximise our guests' comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Your day to day will involve:Cleaning, servicing and deep cleaning of rooms in line with brand standardsAttending to guest requestsReporting any maintenance concernsAssisting the wider Housekeeping team as neededEnsuring equipment and pantries are kept clean and maintainedWorking with a range of chemicalsThe ideal candidate No experience requiredA good team player who likes to work collaborativelyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloadsGood communication, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standardsYou will need to be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to carry, push or lift heavy objects such as linen, beds, bed sheets and vacuum cleaners, and be able to frequently stand up and move across the property.Knowledge of safe working habits, chemical handling and hotel operations is desirableYou must also hold the appropriate work rights to work within AustraliaFlexibility around hours and weekend availability is essentialLasseters has its own enterprise agreement which is modern and reflective of a unique workplace.
